About Me

I grew up in the “Magic City” of Minot, N.D.  My parents, Steve and Audrey Sidener, along with my brother Casey Sidener and his family, still reside there. When I turned 18, I joined the North Dakota Air National Guard and became a “Happy Hooligan”.  I served in the military for 8 years, and during that time I had the opportunity to see the world in a different light and knew I wanted to make a difference.

In May of 2000, I decided to make a move to the Phoenix, AZ, area.  Although it was a great career move, I miss the small town way.  North Dakota is a place where a person’s word is as good as a contract, and a handshake will seal a deal.  For this reason I have shown every client the same loyalty and integrity that was instilled in me growing up.

In 2003, I started a company called Heartland Therapy, Inc. Heartland Therapy provides home health occupational and speech therapy services to children with developmental disabilities throughout Arizona.  In 2010, I was named one of the top 35 entrepreneurs under the age of 35 by the Arizona Republic.  We provided therapy services to thousands of children, and during this time I’ve worked with numerous charitable organizations in the Phoenix Metro area.  I hope that my efforts have made a positive impact in my community.  Please visit the “Give Back” page to read more about how together we can continue to make a difference.

Rest assured, whether you, your family, or a friend is buying, or selling a home, I will provide the expertise and integrity necessary in this market for a positive experience, and at the end of the day we will leave each other with a handshake and a smile.
